OUR EXPERTISE

HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS

We have designed several high-rise buildings (over 150m tall), three FIFA World Cup-level football stadiums, and other sports facilities, all of which have been successfully constructed. Some of our projects have been recognized with international awards such as the CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) Award and the Emporis Skyscraper Award.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND PEER-REVIEW

Our company offers a range of services focused on structural design and peer-review for high-rise buildings and long-span venues. We provide conceptual design, structural analysis, optimization, feasibility studies, design development (DD/CD), coordination with architecture and MEP. We supervise projects from the concept to realization. Our expertise includes design according to Eurocode, American codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE), and Dubai Building Code.

We possess all necessary resources for executing projects of any complexity. For optimal results, we involve modern Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and design automation. Our team is involved in design of 3D printed buildings. Continuously advancing, we regularly undergo training in modern calculation and design methods, publish scientific and technical articles, and participate in conferences.
